Challenge Huddle

This powerful one day experience is focused on creating clarity and sustainable energy on getting the right things done for company and personal success.

  • Challenge Exercise - Physically challenging each participant to stretch themselves to achieve something they have never accomplished before.
  • Individual and Group Engagement - Through an engaging series of activities, participants' commitment, desire and discipline are being developed and connected to the right priorities and critical activities to increase their capacity for success.
  • Goals and Success HabitsŪ - At the close of this intense day, each participant leaves with three goals. At least one of those goals is a company focused goal. Critical to goal achievement is creating daily activities (Success Habits) to advance each person forward toward attaining their goal.

Launch Huddle

This two hour session bonds the group to the commitment to get the right things done within 84 days. Each person leaves this session on a clear path with people and resources to make it happen!

Daily Reinforcement

  • Daily Huddles - Held for 8 minutes and 40 seconds to celebrate successes, rejuvenate possible waning, reduce threats and barriers and infuse enthusiasm and commitment for achievement.
  • Emails - Quick and powerful messages are sent Monday through Friday to keep desired results top-of-mind.
  • Home Support - Encouragement and visible support arrive each weekend in the form of a reminder postcard.

Weekly Huddles

One hour each week is devoted to sharing the momentum and commitment throughout the entire group and infusing knowledge to keep on track.

Accountability Teams

Success is gained when the journey includes active participants cheering and encouraging accomplishments.

100% Club

Each person who stays the course and elevates their game to work around unforeseen obstacles and completes their daily Success Habits is recognized each day as a member of the 100% Club.
